Terms and Conditions – bj bji Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the bj bji platform in any capacity — whether you are browsing, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform without exception.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bj bji. Where any contradiction exists between documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

If you are accessing bj bji on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In practice, accounts are personal and non-transferable — see Section 3 for account registration rules.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the bj bji platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be using the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must not already hold an existing bj bji account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement on the platform.

bj bji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm that eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on bj bji. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your details change, update your account or contact support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. bj bji will never ask for your password directly. Any activity that occurs through your account while your credentials are in use — regardless of whether you authorised it — is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account.
• bj bji may at any time require additional identity verification before processing transactions or activating account features.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as communicated to the account holder.

4. Deposits

All deposits on bj bji are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. Deposit methods available to your account may vary depending on your account status and location at the time of the transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per method. These limits are displayed in the Deposit section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. bj bji does not impose a maximum total account balance, but individual transaction limits apply.

Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — most JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions are near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. bj bji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using funds sourced from criminal activity or depositing on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Payment methods used for deposits must be in your own name. bj bji reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that do not match account holder details.
• Deposit bonuses, where applicable, are credited according to the terms of the active promotion. See Section 6 for general bonus rules.
• In the event of a disputed transaction, you must contact support and your payment provider simultaneously to expedite resolution.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. All withdrawals are paid in PKR through the same methods used for deposits where possible — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets.

Before a withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

1. Your account must have passed any required identity and age verification checks.
2. Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be fully completed.
3. The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen withdrawal method.
4. Your account must be in good standing with no active fraud investigations or policy breach reviews.

Processing times vary by withdrawal method and by your VIP tier. Higher VIP tiers benefit from priority queue status, which reduces processing time. Standard accounts are processed in the order requests are received. Once a withdrawal has been approved internally, transfer time depends on the third-party payment provider.

bj bji reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part. Cooperating with verification requests promptly is the fastest way to get your withdrawal completed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bj bji offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, PSL-specific promotions and VIP-exclusive deals. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published on the Promotions page.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game types are stated on each promotion.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the stated deadline will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed from your account.
• One bonus per promotion per player — claiming the same offer multiple times through different accounts is bonus abuse and will result in account action.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to minimum odds, minimum deposit and game contribution rules where stated.

Using automated software, scripts or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — commonly referred to as bonus abuse — is a breach of these Terms. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently restricted from future promotional offers.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on bj bji, including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, ICC tournaments), football, esports and any other markets available on the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once a confirmation message and bet reference number have been issued. Incomplete bets due to connection interruption or technical fault are not valid and no liability is accepted.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time up to the event start. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to that bet.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to acceptance at bj bji's discretion. Bets placed during a temporary suspension of in-play markets will be voided.
• Abandoned and postponed events: If a match is abandoned before completion of the standard minimum playing time, bets may be settled as void or as per the specific sport rules applied by bj bji at the time. Postponed events that are rescheduled within 48 hours will generally stand unless otherwise communicated.
• Obvious errors: In the event of a clear pricing error — including but not limited to technically incorrect odds — bj bji reserves the right to void affected bets at any time, including after settlement.
• Maximum winnings: Per-event and per-day maximum payout limits apply. These are detailed in the platform's sports betting section and may be updated periodically.

Placing bets on events where the outcome is known prior to bet acceptance — commonly known as past-post betting — or using insider information is strictly prohibited. Any bets placed in this manner will be voided and account action taken.

8. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games, live casino tables, video slots, fish shooting games and any other games available in the Game Lobby or Fish Games section are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface, in addition to these general platform Terms.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing or spinning performed by live dealers under the oversight of the game provider. bj bji does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any way.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be resolved according to the game's standard disconnection handling procedure. In most cases the round completes normally and results are recorded when the connection is re-established.
• Game malfunction — whether caused by software error, platform issues or third-party provider fault — voids all affected plays and stakes are returned. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction will not be paid out.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per game and are displayed within each game's interface.
• Using any third-party software, bots or automated tools to play games is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Live casino games are subject to the hours of operation of the game provider. Availability may vary. bj bji is not responsible for interruptions caused by the third-party provider's schedule or technical issues on their end.

9. VIP Programme

The bj bji VIP programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered accounts begin at Silver tier automatically. Progression is determined by platform activity as assessed by bj bji. The specific activity thresholds for tier progression are available on the VIP page.

VIP benefits — including enhanced withdrawal limits, cashback percentages, faster processing queues and access to exclusive promotions — are granted at bj bji's discretion and may be modified at any time. Changes to VIP benefits will be communicated to affected members in advance where reasonably practicable.

• VIP status is non-transferable and applies only to the individual account holder.
• Tier downgrade may occur if account activity falls below the minimum threshold for the current tier over a given assessment period.
• bj bji reserves the right to remove VIP status from accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Cashback and other periodic VIP rewards are credited at bj bji's stated schedule and are subject to the bonus terms in Section 6 unless otherwise specified.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

bj bji reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, identity theft or money laundering is suspected.
• Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual have been identified.
• Bonus abuse, match fixing or collusion has been detected.
• The account holder is or has become ineligible under Section 2.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been submitted.

In the event of account suspension, bj bji will conduct a review and communicate the outcome to the account holder. Where a suspension results in confirmed account closure due to Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in line with the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed without fault on the part of the player, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once any open bets are settled and any active bonus positions are resolved.

11. Responsible Gaming

bj bji is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to generate income, recover losses or cope with personal problems. If gaming stops being fun, it is time to use the tools available or step away.

The following self-management tools are available to every registered account holder in the account settings area:

• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set duration without permanently closing it.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish or create derivative works from any bj bji content without prior written permission. Scraping, framing or embedding bj bji content on any external website or application is prohibited. Any unauthorised use of bj bji intellectual property may result in legal action.

Third-party game providers retain ownership of their respective game content, trademarks and technology. Their presence on the bj bji platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj bji accepts no liability for:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to platform access due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party provider outages or circumstances beyond bj bji's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the use of incorrect or outdated information displayed on the platform where corrections were made within a reasonable timeframe.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, errors or refusals in processing transactions.

bj bji's total liability to any account holder for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bj bji may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date shown at the top. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders of material changes through the platform or via the contact details on file.

Your continued use of the bj bji platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. bj bji is not responsible for any disadvantage suffered as a result of a player failing to review updated Terms in a timely manner.
